I don't have other drivers, but I am a driver with my own truck and have worked with good and bad owners.

Recruiting drivers through ads and websites is hit and miss at best, the best recruiter is your own drivers. But I guess that's not going to happen at the moment.

Just for my own morbid curiosity and before I stick my foot in my mouth, how about some more details about the problems and what company and what kind of hauling (freight) to they do.

BBet-

A little more info is required. I have driven for major companies and for a guy that owned just 2 trucks leased to a company. What I have seen with drivers is alot of them will not be professional if:

1. They feel they are underpaid.
2. Equipment is old and beat up
3. Equipment is not maintained properly.

There are several trucking classified options on the web where you can post job openings. But you have to do the research on the driver. Sometimes it can be a tossup whether you get a good one or not.

Just curious what kind of driving oppurtunity do you have?
