Drivers across the nation have been calling for shutdown today. Just wondered if anyone here was shutdown?

Default Shut down

We are shut down as of the 1rst of April 2008 until the 4th of April 2008!
I took my trucks off the road Monday morning in support of others who are also shutting down across America today!
I would kindly ask others who can afford it, to also shut down for a day or so!

You will not see any Buffalo Springfield Transport trucks on the road anywhere this week!! ( I promise! )

We are extremely fortunate to have understanding customers and a bit of a financial cushion, unlike many others who would loose business if they shut down!

If I could, I would keep our trucks off the road until things got better, but I won't hold my breath!!

I would ask drivers who shut down not to judge harshly those who can not shut down,
There are independants out there who would loose there house, truck and family if they stopped just for one day, so lets not judge them!!

I know of one particular case where an independant owes $ 35,000.00 in medical bills due to the fact his youngest child has cancer, so be forgiving if he can't shut down!! It's a matter of life and death!!

Live and let live!!!!
