Why do you drive?

Just curious.. how did everyone get into driving, and why do you continue to do it?

On forums, just like the CB, you hear the good and bad.. but I'm wondering why those who have been in it for some time stayed.

Dreamer,

I got into truck driving believe it or not, because I LOVE to drive those big trucks!
I went for almost 2 years not making any money when I began driving.

I finally got myself a local job, pulling a coal bucket and it probably besides the job I have now was the best job I have ever had.

Nothing like driving down a small 2 lane road with 40 tons of coal on trying to dodge the DOT!

But yea the reason i got in and am still in still applies, I love to drive!
