Pay by Percentage rather than by the Mile

Hi All,
Just wondering if anyone has any hints or knows of a good company that pays by percentage rather than by the mile? Also, does anyone know of any real super lease/purchase programs or companies? I figure the best way to find out is to ask those who have been there! What do ya'll think of using Brokers? I look forward to any comments. Thanks, joni
