Ford Service

Reading the forum it sounds like a lot of disgruntled Ford owners out there in Ford country. Ford is taking a beating (probably I'll take a real beating for this) but I think it is more the dealer than Ford. Since owning the PSD I have had my share of problems but the dealers have come through so far which leads me to believe warranty service (or lack of) is more dealer related than Ford.
The only dealer that wouldn't work on my PSD at least read the code and located a dealer that had a CPS and would installit under warranty. Since I was on vacation with a trailer full of horses and the truck was still running I wasn't unhappy.

Anybody else in Ford country happy with dealer service? I have used 4 and not had a bad experince yet
