Well first of all don't think DIET that truly is a 4 letter word.. You need to change your eating habits. Control how much you eat. There is this web site that helps you keep track of what you eat and gives you tips on healthier eating habits. Its ****NO LINKS**** They have articles, menues and you fill out a questionaire about your lifestyle and activity level and they calculate how many calories, fat, carbs etc you should consume in a day. It's hard to loose weight out here on the road but it can be done, think positive and have the desire and don't give up. Good luck
