What do you use your CB radio for?

I am just wondering what you driver's use your CB Radio for? Bear Report's? Shipper? Reciever's?

Usually for shippers and receivers, and when I get near cities or construction. To much trash on it anymore to keep it on all the time

I use mine for filling up that space in the overhead. I do turn it on about once a month to find out why we're stopped and about once a year when a loading dock wants to talk on it.

That ain't right.. LOL. Seriously, the trash drives me nuts, but I've been a CB addict for 25 years, don't see it changing soon. I actually have several friends, that the only place we talk is on the CB! Around here, there are several people who still like to 'ratchet jaw' as they used to say. You still have the idiots who are trying to prove how big their radio is, but.. in general, we still enjoy just talking. Anytime I'm away from home, the radio is usually on, just turned down lower if the big mouths are out!
