I don't know how many of you good truckin folks out there are partners with homeland security,but I can give y'all a phone number to call if yer interested in participating with Uncle Sam and Company in keepin an eye on the Countries highways and byways!

That's a good idea. As drivers we see stuff out there continually, and we should report it to the appropriate authorities. I seem to call 911 about once a week for the usual, TA, stalled car in lanes, ladder in lanes, pedestrian trying to cut across traffic, drunk driver, etc. I feel it's our duty to help try and keep others safe.

Is the above number for reporting of suspicious people and such? Or is it a number you need to call ahead of time to get plugged in to the system and learn procedures? Thanks.
